To all my Phil Lynott & Thin Lizzy friends all over, I would like to tell you about a Classic Rock & Blues Bash to be held on Saturday 1st March 2008,at Strathclyde Homes Stadium,Castle Road.Dumbarton.Scotland.This is a charity fundraiser is in aid of BOBATH(who care for children suffering from cerebal palsy).One of the musician's in one of the bands playing, lost his son at 3 years old just a few weeks ago to this condition,so this is whom I am dedicating this gig to. The gig will have four bands playing including LITTLEHED,HARMONICA LEWINSKY(don't you just love that name for a band !)HEIR OF THE DOG(fronted by our friend and lizzy fan Steve Ballantyne) and CORTEZ( a local band who will officially laynch their new album on the night).The night will be MC'd by the "Grandfather of Rock" TOM RUSSELL of 96.3 ROCK RADIO.Please contact me off line at lizzyman@blueyonder.co.uk for tickets at only £8.00.Any advice on transport and/or accomodation I can give,I have secured the services of a very reputable cab company for the event.Hope to hear from you all soon.Yours in Rock Sneddy

Hi Lizzy Fans,Sneddy here in Dumbarton to let you know that my Castle Rocks! 2008 Classic Rock'n'Blues night 1st March was a great success,raising £4,000 for cerebal palsy charity BOBATH,As you can imagine I am chuffed to bits that rock music fans(250+) supported me in my 1st promotions venture and have promised all who attended that we will do it again.The bands,CORTEZ,LITTLEHED,HARMONICA LEWINSKY & my good friend & Philomena's, Steve Ballantyne's band HEIR OF THE DOG played over 5 hours of great classic rock songs with each band covering a Lizzy tune in my honour.What a night and too cap it off a lucky lady won a 9ct SOLID GOLD guitar plectrum! When the time comes to re-arrange a similar event I hope you keep me posted with any good bands that would play(as it would be a charity event only expenses would be financed) So there we go !
